The price we charge for fitting varies from job to job depending on the room size and the room involved .
We also have a minimum fitting charge so if you want a little 1 metre by 1 metre porch done it may not be cost efficient for you whereas a large square living room will be.
To calculate the size of your room in metres measure the length and multiply it by the bredth and that will give you the square meterage.

Laminate flooring is a manmade product which has a laminate surface, hence the name, Laminate flooring.
Most laminates are scratch resistant and come in varying millimetre sizes, some 7mm, some 8mm some 12mm.
Obviously the thicker laminate you purchase the better quality it will be, its an old cliche but you get what you pay for.
We recommend you purchase as good quality laminate as you can and steer clear of anything under 7mm if possible.
To complete your floor you will need a good quality 3mm underlay, you will need doorbars or door thresholds and you will also need some beading or edging to cover the expansion gap that is left round the edge of your room as laminate boards expand and contract in your room.
